Not only did I have the privilege of shooting it for Zagat, my pastry self also helped develop some of the pastry menu. Check out the samosa pockets made with flakey puff pastry and some of the sweet tarts with spiced pastry cream and fruits. For a short while, i developed a crostada dough using Many Fold Farm Brebis, which made the dough so tender yet really malleable. It was definitely one of my favorites. I'm no longer there, but it was a blast to help bring together 2 very different food styles and make a unique menu.
