Focaccia is a simple bread that doesn’t need a lot of technique or know-how to make right. It’s satisfying and DELICIOUS drawing it’s flavor from good olive oil and the toppings your chose. My favorite focaccia slab is topped with a simple bland of herbs and dipped in even more olive oil because why not!?
